Dallas is our main Paulding County market, an easy run west from the Acworth shop. A lot of Dallas is newer construction — Seven Hills and the subdivisions off Bill Carruth Parkway went in on graded, scraped lots, and that fresh red-clay subsoil is tough on turf. New sod and young Bermuda sitting on compacted fill need aeration, overseeding, and steady care to root in and thicken up, and we build all of that into the yearly plan.
Out toward Nebo and the more rural edges of Dallas, lots get bigger and the tree lines and brush press in from the property boundaries. Overgrown fence rows and back corners that a homeowner cannot get to are exactly the kind of cleanup and brush-removal work we like best. We reset the yard, then keep the shrubs trimmed every visit at no upcharge so it never slides back.

05Do you keep coming out in the off-season?
