The West Side is a lot of established property: big mature oaks and hardwoods, deep beds, brick walkways, and lawns that have been in place for decades. That maturity is beautiful and it is high-maintenance — heavy leaf drop in fall, shade that breeds weeds and moss, and root-choked beds that need real hands, not a mow-and-go. We trim shrubs every visit at no upcharge and clean gutters in the fall with the leaves included, which matters a lot on these tree-heavy lots.

Around the Square and the older Whitlock blocks, the clay is compacted from years of foot traffic and construction, so aeration and overseeding do real work here to keep the turf thick. We build those into the yearly plan alongside the winter hedge and crepe-myrtle cutbacks.
